- Synopsis
- Taeko lives in an apartment that looks out over the central courtyard of a housing complex. In the building across the way live the parents of her remarried husband, Jiro (Kento Nagayama). Though they have small problems, Taeko cherishes her irreplaceable days with her beloved husband and her son, Keita. About a year into the marriage, however, a tragic event strikes the couple. As Taeko sinks into grief, a man appears before her: Pak, her missing ex-husband and Keita’s father. Their reunion leads Taeko to start looking after Pak, who is deaf. Meanwhile, Jiro has been meeting his former girlfriend, Yamazaki. Beyond the sorrow, what kind of “love” will Taeko choose, and what kind of “life” will she choose?
